1. Knock-out: Supports both single-gene and multi-gene knock-out, delivering sequencing-validated biallelic knock-out cell lines or cell pools within just 5–12 weeks.

2. Knock-in: Includes point mutations, seamless point mutations, endogenous locus tagging, reporter gene insertion, cell models for genetic variations (SNV, SV, InDel), and targeted site-specific integration of genes of interest.

3. Design Services: Combining advanced algorithms with the latest genomic databases, we provide sgRNA+ repairing template design and pegRNA design (leveraging Prime Editing technology) to overcome the sequence limitations of traditional CRISPR. We also offer one-stop Cas12 diagnostic assay design, covering enzyme selection, reporter probe design, and functional validation.
